Kite Junkies is Sharm El Sheikh's first and only Kitesurfing Centre.They offer certified IKO training courses covering beginner level I, II and III and can also put together a tailor-made package of instruction to help with skills development.

Advanced riders are equally well looked after. Whether it's having kit packed away at the end of the day because cold beer seems more appealing, or simply having the board returned to the guest, KiteJunkies are all about looking after their people.

A reef creating a huge, flat-water lagoon with most areas knee- to chest-deep, fringes the riding area. The wind is predominately cross to cross-onshore with a high percentage of days blowing 20 knots or more.

With over three, square kilometres of flat water to play on; it’s the perfect playground for the complete beginner or the more advanced rider learning new tricks. And with most of the kitesurfing riding area being shallow it’s pretty difficult to get into trouble. BEFX are having a blast with the ‘Junkies. We’re thoroughly enjoying the filming and learning to kiteboard!
